Additionally, they prioritize keeping teachers motivated, recognizing that their enthusiasm directly impacts student success. Efforts are also directed towards reducing referrals and suspensions, aiming to create a more positive and conducive learning atmosphere for all.
Our Services
I have worked in the classroom for 10 years. My best success story was working in the classroom when I was teaching Drop-Out Prevention class 4th and 5th graders. These are students who were identified as potential dropouts before the age of 16 years old. I worked with these students by building their self-esteem and thought of another way of teaching these students to motivate them. I taught the students a different way of learning through traveling around the world involving cultures. All skills were taught for the Florida Standards including teaching them how to be entrepreneurs. The Administrators were impressed with the progress the students made by improving their grades, test scores and motivation to stay in school. I received an “Outstanding” on my evaluation at the end of the school year. I am currently FB friends with many of my former students who were in the program. One is taking her State Board Test to become a Certified Registered Nurse, one owns a Nail Salon and a School Teacher.
